Brickwork, openings, wall construction Masonry is carried out according to a certain system, which is called finishing. It enables you to obtain a solid wall that distributes the load evenly throughout the volume and results in the rational use of building materials due to the displacement of the joints of the next row of bricks relative to the previous joints. The most common are masonry structures with double-row and multiple-row seam dressings. The rows of masonry are determined by the number of spoon rows, that is, the rows of bricks laid longitudinally on the front side (in the spoon rows, the long side bricks are laid along the wall, in the butt row-across). When laying in two rows, each row of spoons overlaps with a butting row. In a multi-row masonry system, five rows are required for finishing. The thickness of the horizontal and vertical mortar joints should not exceed 11-13 mm. When building masonry, observe strict horizontal and vertical lines and observe the correctness of the front surface of the wall.
